- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or swimwear.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt (Invoice) or proof of purchase.
The Process of Refunds (if applicable) are as below :
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to one of the following :
- Your account at Uluwatu
- Gift Card or Promo Coupon
- Credit to your original method of payment.
- You shall be advised on the tentative time it would take to reflect, if return payment is done to your credit card or original method of payment.
- In case you haven't received the refund, kindly check your bank account/credit card account or get in touch with your bank / credit card company.

I do not like a product that I received, Can I return this product?
We do have an hassle-free return policy. Kindly do understand the terms & conditions of return and exchange before making a purchase. While there are zero question/zero cost for return of goods in Indonesia, in case of overseas shipment / return, the charges at customs duty is unpredictable. We shall bear the shipping cost back to us. The cost of customs will be charged to you. The difference value will be added to your wallet for future purchase. We shall process all eligible products. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I received a product last month, Can I return it now?
That’s going to be a real bummer. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If its more than that, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. I have returned my product to the address given in the form, when do I get a refund?
On receiving the product, our warehouse checks and approved the product. If the product matches to our Return Policy, it generally takes 1-3 working days to complete the return process. The refund will be done only in Digital Gift Vouchers or Cash in your account for next purchase.
Do I get full refund for the returned product?
No. As a policy we do not engage in cash refund.
I got a gift voucher, for my returned product. How do I use this?
