Return & Exchange Policy
1. Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to assist with size or style exchanges, subject to product availability.2. When should I request an exchange?
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days after the package has been delivered.
3. Are all items eligible for exchange?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged due to limited stock availability.
4. Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?
All shipping costs related to the exchange, including the return shipment to Indonesia and the delivery of the exchanged item, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any import duties or taxes that may occur during the shipment back to Indonesia or when the exchanged item arrives at the recipient’s address will also be the responsibility of the customer.
5. How do I request an exchange?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange, and we will gladly assist you with the process.
